We woke up on a Saturday morning to a flood in our basement. We called Flood Master and they were at our home very quickly. Their techs were clean and respectful. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. They made sure our home would be safe for our daughter with severe asthma and allergies. We were very impressed that a disaster company would care so much about her health. Brady, Wendy and all the guys were so caring. They made a stressful situation bearable. We will always recommend Flood Master. Thank you!!!

We had two "floods" in our finished basement. They were prompt, and did a good job. Friendly and competent. After it was all put back together, it was as good as new.

*** Update: the owner contacted my family member & I talked to him as well. The owner has implemented changes to fix their process so that promises match deliverables. Owner admits that they were very busy during the time this work was committed, and apologized for how they handled the timeline of this project.
In the end, the work done is quality work. Idk how they matched the paint color so well, but it looks really great.
If only it were possible to give Zero stars.
Their employees are such liars. Every week for 7 weeks they've told my family member that they'd come to fix a water damaged room--1 bedroom and closet. It still isn't fixed.
