Malibu did an excellent job cleaning a corporate table drape. It had one or two chocolate stains on it and I took it to another dry cleaners. The other cleaners just spread the stain all over the table drape. Malibu got ALL the stains out. Thank you.
I took my suits to dry clean and the price was outrageous! The cost for cleaning 3 times you can purchase a suite for that price. Also, they have multiple dogs in the store without thinking of customers allergies.
Very unfair. My partner took my jacket to get fixed there for a zipper and told him it would be $45. When he picked it up she charged him $40 MORE! He felt he HAD to pay since she fixed it already! The price was high already but $90 for a zipper! Also charged him $15.00 a piece for 3 panals of curtains just a straight line! Thats crazy and the lines were not even straight! I am calling my bank and the owner to fix this! I should have gone myself. Dont get anything fixed by them. Her excuse was it took her longer to repair which is not his fault. She quoted him $45 not $90.
Overall Malibu Cleaners does a good job. But do NOT let them do your dress shirts -- they will come back starched (even if you beg them not to starch them) and the collars will be wrinkled. They are very nice and customer friendly.
Malibu cleaners is the best! Fast, affordable, and they do an amazing job! Best dry cleaner in town! Highly recommend!
