Items are mostly organized. Staff are always willing to help. everything you need for a quick home repair or a major project. Really enjoy shopping at this location. Many visits and no bad experiences yet.
Home Depot really needs to work on service. I know labor is the highest cost of doing business. But as Home Depot knows this is a people business.nAnd it should be all about service. Upper management needs to work at teaching their employees how important they are. And then treat the employees as important as they are. Better service with very knowledgeable people will make Home Depot even more profitable. But better yet a better place to shop!
Update: They seem to have gotten better over time. I mostly shop in their garden section though, and I noticed interactions with customers is minimal. At least they're not as rude as they used to be.nnEvery time I come here there is always something wrong. Prices are never listed properly. Staff is clueless, rude, and tries to argue. They say they have something in stock but they can't find it. Management always has to get involved when I visit. Save the hassle and go somewhere else.
Customer service is poor no assistance provided, so many employees and for what they don’t help. I was there inquiring about doors and no one showed up to assist me. I’ll buy them from a company who will provide Good Customer Service. I waited a long time and no one helped.
They have a bit of everything you need to build a house ,a business or whatevernAlso, have knowledgable people. Reason for not 5 stars is cause you run across one or two that couldn't find their hat with 3 hands. But, all in all I have a good time cruising around for project ideas.
