I´ve been in California for the marriage of my daughter. I´m from germany. The evening before the marriage i went home frome my future son in law and his parents, from clovis to clovis comfort suite hotel. Navigation system failed, lead me to fresno, and my smart phone was battery 0%. So i was pretty dispaired and lost in the midle of nowhere when i saw this police officer, Motorcycle patrol, observing the hauling of an crashsed car. I went to him and asked him for help. He was so kind, patient and cool, took his smartphone and showed me pics of different hotels in clovis. as we found the right one, he assisted me to reprogramm the navigation system. unlikely i forgott his name, i would like to thank him personally. It was at feb the 7 th. so thx to the fresno police so much.

Part 1nnI had called 911 on March 4th 2020 at 6:56pm for an emergency at my patient’s house because of her medical issue and was told a cop was on his/her way along with an ambulance. (note this, I am a NEW caregiver to this patient.) My patient have Bi polar disorder and other disorder that Im not aware of because I’m waiting for an update by her doctor. So, she was having her EpisodeS and Casing a commotion to her roommates. Also, she’s haven't been on her medication for months or even weeks. Because she didn’t have a caregiver. She was making threats as in hurting herself and myself by being vocal. ( note this, Throughout this night of calling 911 I’ve talked and explained this to the operator ladies as I call Numerous times.)nn30mins past by 7:56pm March 4th 2020 and no ambulance or FCHP. I called, the operator and a male operator told me there will be a cop and ambulance on there way. Told me this is non em.nok, I understand this is not physical or a bleeding situation yet. Hoping it won’t turn out to be obviously. Waited patiently and every minute feels like hours. So I call back was put on this automatic operator because the operator is busy. SINCE it’s not an physical situation I pick the option for non emergency line. Got transfer to that line for help.nnAs I called and a different operator named (Leilani or Yolanda) not sure because her intro she speaks to fast.) She told me FCHP n medical ambulance is on their way. thank her n hung up. Every Minutes that past by feels like an hour. When you have a patient who is screaming and yelling having her episodes.nnI called the non emergency line again. The operator had a comforting voice answering all my questions wanting to help me. She told me they are coming. So, I asked her is there a number, I can call, to get the Medic ambulance out to pick up my patient since it’s “considered an NON Emergency.“ She gave me the number and I asked, do I call her back if the Medical ambulance gets here before the FCHP n the Ambulance. She kindly told me if the Medical Ambulance get there before the FCHP then yes call them (non emergency line) back and she will cancel the Pending on FCHP.nnI got a hold of the medical ambulance and call back to cancel FCHP’s call that was pending. As I called and a different operator named (Leilani or Yolanda) not sure but sounded like the second operator that I called at 7:56pm. She Spoke to fast in her intro. She hung up on me. Umm... ok?? What the front door???nnok? Guessing, you only take care of calls that are death or physical situations? I’m Confused?nnSo, the Medical Ambulance came and took my patient and left. I had a long night and since I got hung up on I didn’t bother to call AGAIN to cancel the pending transaction with the FCHP because I got hung up on purposely or accident whatever. Not sure.

I called the nonemergency line and was on hold for over 30 minutes.
