I was a little disappointed that a lot of product wasn't there. Either they hadn't been restocking or had run out and had nothing to restock with. I realize it was the third day of a sale long weekend, but volume should be anticipated and enough product should be available so each morning the shelves are packed and hopefully restocked throughout the day.nnOtherwise, it was a good trip, buying way more than originally planned for.
I found wherever I need
Very good customer service. If you like tools, you'll love this place. Get on their email list and you'll always have coupons that make a good deal even better. They also have different range of tool quality, and you have to decide what's more important to you, quality or budget. Even the lower priced hand tools have a life time warranty.
Did not intact with anyone on the floor but cashier was very nice and made you feel welcome ☺ufe0f
Their customer service is great, and were stocked with the items I couldn't find at 2 other H.F. locations near by.
