They sell to the public but know what you want when you go in there they don't want to sell any chimney parts to old units for liability reasons. Want to sell complete set up... Returns are not like normal stores in this day and age they may or may not return items so be sure you no what you need. Calking, and foil tape is considered consumables and will not return even if unopened and still in original packaging. If your a contractor and building new this place is good and can get a lot of good parts and very knowledgeable but not really set up for average people. Just keep that in mind.

Delivered to these guys today. The receiving staff was awesome. These guys are fun and have a great sense of humor. Easy peasy dock and unloaded in no time.
Good service prices are for the contractor and I'll go to them before I call another supplier for all my carrier parts be going there for 26yrs
