I will never return to the red hill’s location of attic circle again. The general manager was a complete douch to me when I told him they made a mistake I’m not one but two of my orders. He also proceeded to argue with me about my order. Saying I got all of my food when obviously I didn’t because my husband didn’t eat. The general manager said he checked the cameras and all the food was put into the bags. His attitude towards me was very unprofessional and when I went to get my food I asked for a business card for the owner the counter girl told me they didn’t any business cards for the owner. What kind of establishment doesn’t have any business cards. Customers are always right no matter what. They are the ones who make up their paycheck each week. Worst series I have been to. I have been in the fast food business for 15 years. Never have I heard of a general manager getting an attitude with a customer.
Love their fries and fry sauce. That's probably the best part about Arctic Circle. Staff is fairly friendly and fast service.
Food is delicious brings back the taste of the old mom and pop drive inn's. Great shakes too. Thanks for keeping it simple.
They can work on the Customer Service skills! They're very stingy when you ask for extra fry sauce! I was told they can only give me three for "free"! What!?! I ordered two meals both with fries n spent just under $25! Seriously!?! Article Circle really needs to watch Give Em The Pickle for their training!! To my surprise we did end up with four, Thank You, BUT only one meal had fries!🤦♀️ I wasn't going to waste my time to go back!
It's fast food what can you expect. Burger was ice cold. I do like their ice cream
