The best
I ordered online at 12:15 for a 1 PM pick up. I notified the store when I left, via the text that I was sent and going to the website. I arrived at approximately 1:10 and marked "I'm Here" on the website, as directed. I was given no further instructions. I waited. And waited. AND WAITED. After nearly 15 minutes (1:23), I went in to the store to find out where my order was. Oh, I needed to call in but was not given that information ANYWHERE. Then, the nice young man that told me I needed to call continued to ignore my order for at least 5 more minutes, saying nothing to me other than it was my fault my order wasn't delivered curbside because of my failure to follow their unwritten and (to me) unknown additional rules. I got no refund for the tip I provided for the curbside delivery -- I was told I'd have to come back (and no doubt wait AGAIN for someone to help me, despite having OVER an hour's notice). I was provided no apology except, "I'm sorry, but we cannot control our website."
As for the food...it was mediocre. It may have been better if it was fresh. But it wasn't. It had been sitting for quite a while, no doubt. So it was mediocre, at best.
