Being a licensed contractor, I have shopped at many home improvement and hardware supply stores over the years. I am very impressed by the care I received when I recently made a purchase at the Pinole Ace Hardware Store for my own home.nI am especially impressed by how respectful, professional and responsible the store manager Eric was when extra care was needed in handling the purchase I made.
Much larger than it was as orchard
Ace hardware goes above and beyond, and are well worth visiting before any other hardware stores.nnMichael did a fantastic job in the fasteners section when I bought a bed frame with no screws - I had the part measurements and sizes, but would’ve spent over an hour trying to find half the list. He was able to find every piece I needed.nnThe team here is wonderful to interact with and there’s no doubt I’d come back for any hardware needs based on that interaction alone.
Awesome Christmas tree lot experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All were masked. Very few customers. A tad disappointed that I had to go inside to pay, but no lines and few shoppers this evening.
Since this Ace has opened it has been great. They seem to always have what I’m looking for. Instead of going to the other big box store. I go there first now. It seem as though they have a little of everything.nnI have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I need custom stains for a guitar project I was working on. The staff in the paint department were awesome with teaching me how to find the color I need. And they mixed up and grabbed me the sealant I need. They were fast and quick.
