I will be sharing my recording audio to my social media so that everyone can hear how rude Concord police dispatch department is! I went to read the comment section before I posted this review, and I’m not at all surprised about what I read regarding the dispatch. I made a call in 2 hours ago regarding a serious matter, and whoever answered the call had a funky attitude and was super quick to hang up on me. It’s going to be funny when people hear these audios I have. This police department is a joke!
Respect all the great officers out there who take the job seriously. There's a handful amount in Concord who don't care about the job at all and are just flat out lazy. The lady at the dispatch is one of them
Never had a good experience and understand I do not have a criminal record. I cant say all but most of these officers have an ego problem!
I'd give them a zero if I could. Their dispatchers lie to you and their officer's don't show up to calls. Don't bother calling for a watch commander because they won't be available either. Your better off not calling them and just handling your business yourself because they won't show up anyways. And I thought Vallejo was bad. Concord is running about right in line with Vallejo - and they're pretty bad.
Dispatcher is terrible! Extremely rude and was eager to hang up. smhnIn the meantime....the lawlessness is STILL going on...take your time Concord PD.
