It's very pleasant for traveling the staff is also very helpful and understanding

Yesterday Train 718 traveling from Martinez to Bakersfield have a delay of almost 4 hours because Locomotor Fail. I want to eat or drink something for the long hours waiting but cafeterie only accept cash..and I have only debit card I expect get a complementary water or coffe for the delay or some kind of refund but nothing only say sorry for the delay...
