Nick did a great job. On time pros. Not cheap but worth every penny. Effective and solved our sewer line issue. We thought the property needed a new sewer line but they were able to clear it up.
Sean was earlier than expected, which was better for me. Sean explained exactly what he was going to do, gave me pricing before he started the work. Spent less time resolving the problem than any other plumbing company I have used before. I was extremely satisfied with the service. Expensive but still cheaper than others I have used in the past. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Sean. Great work, very happy with the service.
It was a busy day for roto-rooter, but they still made time for us. We received excellent service from service technician Carlos who was very knowledgeable and very quickly diagnosed the problem and addressed it in a timely manner. We appreciated how we was explaining each of the steps he was taking to keep us in the loop throughout the process. He was also very friendly and took care to Keep us informed throughout the process.
Sean did a great job. He cleared the line and explained the cause and how our line is laid out. Annual maintenance should help prevent any further back ups. We plan to work with Sean again in the future!
We needed someone to disconnect our washer/dryer so we could replace the old washer. Our need was pretty last minute and the dispatcher was very professional and was ableto squeeze us in on short notice. They even came back after the delivery to hook everything back up. Technician was great. Will definitely call again.
