Larry was great. Quick and straightforward and honest. He took a few minutes out of his own time after paid to give me a few helpful tips to avoid future clogged drains

Vanessa was great in setting up the schedule. Larry came over the same day I called to look at the part that needed taking care of, then came back out the day after to get the shut off valve installed. He also came in to make sure our gas tank was back on since he had just installed the earthquake shut off valve. Both times Larry came out he was professional and courteous. We are thrilled we called the right company to do the job. The price was way better than any quote I had gotten. Thank you Larry and Absolute Plumbing for your great service!! Will do business again in the future.

Absolute Plumbing & Roberto made a difficult plumbing issue as easy to deal with as possible. My only regret is not getting the work done earlier. From the initial visit and walking through the house for an estimate to having the work done; every step was professional, clear, and straightforward.nnWe had a slab leak in our hot water line in an older home that had been leaking in and off for a couple of months. Absolute came out the day after we called, identified the issue, walked through the options to fix it (we went with rerouting all the plumbing so there wasn’t the risk of another leak in the future), and followed up that day with a clear quote. Obviously major house work is never fun, but Absolute got it done in a matter of days.nnThey let you know who is showing up with a text as they’re dispatched, will let you know if anything needs to be adjusted in the plan, and will do a thorough job throughout the project. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I would go back to the for any needs in a heartbeat.
