It's a large hardware do it yourself store. Probably the easiest is to order online and pick up at the store. Or to look up the item ahead of time and write down the isle and the bay the item is otherwise you'll spend the time ready each isles contents if you don't come here a lot. Those are my helpful tips.
After I attempted to get a 7 Piece Dewalt combo kit at Home Depot at a great price, I ordered a 5 piece Dewalt combo pack from Lowe's that was on sale. My order confirmation came in and said I could pick it up on a Monday a week and a day away. I went on that Tuesday and it was not in. I called on Wednesday and it was not in I called on Thursday not in on Friday it arrived. I went to counter they said it hadn't been paid for(I showed her the credit card info and she said it wasn't accepted and I said ok I have cash, she said she couldn't change the order to allow me to pay cash and then a mngr came over and worked on it scanning the item and then there was three more employees standing and giving there input and scanning the item. 15-20 minutes later ohh it was paid for and you can have it... Then she rang up all the extra things I had picked up while in the store.,nIt seems as if these big box stores are a pain to deal with, there is no simple walk in and walk out, always be prepared for a hour or two mission even if it is for a box of screws
Great store. Real close to home and convenient too.
The lines kinda suck and it seems they like to keep the self check out the primary check check out. When you have large items, this is an inconvenience. The staff is lovely though.
Good store lots of items to buy for house and many other things.
