If you expect high quality tools at bargain basement prices, you'll be disappointed and will endlessly complain about your purchases at Harbor Freight. Although their high-end or pro-level lines of tools are quite comparable to other quality brands, you're in a discount hardware store. If you use any tool beyond its capabilities, expect it to fail.nnMost consumers don't need a $100 drill or $200 saw. They want something that'll get their jobs around the house done effectively and cost efficiently. And if you pros are expecting to make a living using the Harbor Freight house brands of tools, maybe there's a reason why you're needing to buy the cheaper tools.nnFor most needs, Harbor Freight sells quality products, good selection and sizes, has the unusual stuff other places don't, all at prices that are distinctively low. Just don't abuse the tool, and you'll be happy with its performance... And never buy their alkaline batteries at any price point. They're the worst.

Always and awesome store to shop.nYou can always find those tools that knowone has and also at a decent price. Beside they carried a good selection of one of a kind home and shop tools.
The first time I came here by myself I couldn't find what I was looking for, but I was able to ask an employee about the item (plastic dolly) and she was able to get me the amount that I needed. Yesterday I went there looking for something specific and was able to find it by myself due to the last time I was there and familiarized myself and was able to check out quickly.
Great selection, apparently the manufacturing quality is being improved; longer lasting gear. Line to pay was bad. 2 cashiers for more than 10 customers in line. Must be a covid thing... Good overall experience though.
