Our home needed all the pipes replaced.. Rod came and gave a fair quote and we liked him the best. We chose him to do our work, as well as a little water main repair outside, before the inside work could begin..
We set up a time for him to come over and he never showed up, or returned my voicemail.. He even read the text I sent him that evening and he totally ignored us.. It's now a week later... He wasted our time and hopefully he will miss the business of anyone I can tell about him and the way he treated a family in dire need that was going to pay him thousands and thousands of dollars!
Rod is amazing. We were blessed to find him a few years ago when the Mitch sink backed up. He took care of us then and now he is in the middle of replacing all of the pipes. Or home is 100 years old and the steak pipes have finally given out. Rod was quick to come out and evaluate the situation and has been nothing but spectacular to work with.
Never answered the email I sent nor did they ever return my phone calls. Don’t waste your time! There are other competent plumbers with way better customer service.

I had my water heater flood my garage last night so I called and they promptly called me back the next morning. They showed up very quickly and immediately went to work on getting me a new water heater. Caden did an awesome job on the install and really hustled to get it done. Rod, the owner went out of his way to call a remediation company to be sure I didn't have any water issues in my home. Two really great guys working together for professional results at a fair and honest price. I would highly recommend them.
