High quality, fun education at Hooker Oak, their staff and faculty are awesome. Both our kids go to school there and we could not be happier. They are constantly adding new programs like gardening and music, and the principal Brian Holderman is building the school into quite an institution of creative learning. Our family is proud to recommend Hooker Oak School.
We have been parents of attending children for 6 years and have been very happy with our choice. The open structure program promotes personal responsibility and learning at varied paces. With a very strong sense of community the kids all know and help each other at every chance they get. They dont just make friends, they make an extended family.nnAs with any other public (and private) Institution, there are always hurdles, and here is no exception. But how things are handles sets apart this school. We have always been able to approach the teachers or administration and voice our concerns or wishes. The staff is very open and helpful, and truly does care about the children.
I have found Hooker Oak Elementary to be a wonderful school for my son. He enjoys the open structure program and is given the one on one attention you just don't get at other schools.
I have never been to this school but I have a friend named, Diego Platero, and he used to go to this school until near the end of the school year he came to my school, Chapman Elementary School.He said there was a girl who used to watch him play soccer and I think her name was Brooklyn or something..anyways ..this school looks nice but I don't feel like going...
I used to go here the staff were very friendly and they have school events 5 times a year.
