There are many aspects that go into building a home but overall we are very pleased with Cole West. Our build was finished when we expected and the sales agent and foreman were easy to work with. Any minor issues we had were dealt with immediately. The home seems to be built solid and after a year of ownership, we have had no problems. I will continue to recommend them and would not hesitate to build with them again.

I applied and had a zoom interview with them. Never heard back and never replied to my emails. I m glad I didn't get the job with them if that's the level of rude , inconsiderate people they are . I had to give a star . Very disrespectful to let someone hang in limbo when their lively hood is at stake. Unbelievable

I AGREE WITH COURTNEY LEEDS because I also live on Main Street. I saw the flooding with my own eyes and I have seen all the evidence (the photos and videos). If you are thinking about buying one of these homes, you should do your research first, so you don’t get in big trouble. This past summer, this company flooded Main Street twice. I am not a lawyer, so I can’t give you all the technical details. But, I do encourage you to investigate the lawsuit, because you could be putting yourself in real danger.
