My wife & I spent a couple of fun hours exploring the museum. It was a beautiful Fall day which made it perfect to walk around the many outside exhibits & take a ride on their narrow gauge railroad. Many of the cars can be walked through & contain lots of pictures and info inside. It does a good job of providing information on the development of the various lines in the area over the years.
What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Super effort and so much fun. I especially liked the train ride, the restored Spokane trolley and the Pullman cars. We can't wait to get some friends together and go back!
My kids love trains and this place is excellent! They get to see train cars as they were historically and the model trains are OUT OF THIS WORLD. The staff were great, place is clean and the gift shop is suitably priced. And the train ride was the highlight! I recommend this place to any train lover and future train engineern/conductor.
Very neat experience! Rich in railroad history! My favorite parts were exploring the restored railroad cars and riding the narrow-guage train. So Fun!
Really cool. Place. Super grate for kids and close to Spokane. Open weekends.
