The Eighth at Coral Canyon Resort

The Eighth at Coral Canyon Resort is a stylish development on the northern outskirts of St. George. A beautiful place to stay surrounded by the stunning red rock's of Utah's desert. It is easily accessible, just minutes off exit 16 of I-15 highway. It is located 10 mins north of downtown St. George (less than 2 hrs NE of Las Vegas and 4 hrs SW of SLC). It is a short drive to dozens of wonderful recreation spots - Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Zion National Park, and Sand Hollow State Park. All with miles of wonderful trails to hike and explore. There are several rental units at the development. They are very well designed with 7 or 8 spacious bedrooms (all en-suite), a large upstairs den, and a large bright open-plan living area. There is a stylish modern kitchen with seating at an island, as well as two large dining tables that seat 8-10 people each. A relaxing, comfortable living space, opens up with accordian doors to the beautiful exterior, with an inviting 10 x 20 ft private pool, hot-tub, and patio to enjoy lounging, outdoor grilling, and al fresco dining. All with views of the eye-catching green fairways and red rocks of Coral Canyon Golf Course. The 7 bedroom units also feature a rooftop deck with 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and desert. The furniture and interior design are stunning, giving a clean, light, modern, and stylish feel, while still being relaxing and comfortable. From attractive artwork, to couches, cushions, and faux plants, every detail was careful selected. The beds (many memory foam) and bed linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (large fridge/freezer, gas range, blender, coffee machine, etc). Our unit even had games (shuffleboard, corn hole, and the like), pool toys and floaties, and recreational equipment (paddleboards) to enjoy. We loved the accommodations so much we booked a second trip shortly after returning home from our first. The unit can sleep over 20 people, so is great for family gatherings or business retreats, but can just as easily be enjoyed by fewer. Staff were very receptive to any needs, via email, phone, and in person. My family and I would highly recommend these wonderful residences.

This place is amazing! The view is gorgeous and the house is beautiful. We had a very relaxing getaway. It was so nice to have everything in the house that you needed for a stay. There are numerous stores and restaurants close if you want to eat out or if you want to bring food back to the house and cook there. There is a nice grill outside that you can use also. The pool and hot tub were great. They keep them well maintained and clean. And it was so nice to have it all to yourself. The location is great. It is right off the freeway and easy to find. It is right by a golf course where we played and watched other people play during our stay. The house is in a less busy area, but it's only about a 15-minute drive to St George. The house is spacious and it was so convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. There was plenty of space to go around with a lot of TV's, beds, couches, and chairs. The 2 car garage was also nice since St George can get so hot during the summer. This would be a great place to get away for the weekend or have a week-long stay.

We had the best time staying in this home on our women's retreat! Not only was the design and decor breathtaking but the service was amazing! Alan was just a call away if anything went wrong. We enjoyed hiking and paddle boarding adventures just minutes from this location. We hope we can stay there again soon!

We went down for a corporate retreat, and from the moment you walked in you knew it was a gorgeous vacation rental. We booked the 7 Bedroom Parade Home. The main level is so open and spacious. Are whole company had plenty of space and then some. The doors open accordion style to the pool and hot tub with a perfect view of the 8th hole! The beds were super comfortable and there was lots of them! The roof was the perfect touch with a fireplace and couches to take in the beauty of Coral Canyon/St George Area. I loved it!

The rental condos always have large parties...a bit distracting for the golfers.
