Absolutely atrocious customer service. The owner/property manager falsely advertised certain amenities that weren’t there and several that were weren’t working anyways (namely the grill and AC). This is especially bad given how incredibly hot it is. Not responsive, unconcerned about legitimate issues and no effort to make it right.

This was an absolute displeasure. The price of this place is absolutely unacceptable given the status of it. They do not reply in a timely manner. It was so hot and you can’t control the AC yourself. Not the only one who has mentioned this. We tried to use the washing machines and they didn’t seem to work, similar to most of this place. Skip any rentals by these people.

We had an awesome stay!! House was super clean! Perfect place for our large family of 12! Will stay here again!!

In short: we were screwed out of two reservations three weeks before our planned vacation I booked a home that was under contract and specifically asked if the fact that the home was being sold would cause issues with our reservation. I was told it would in no way impact our stay. Three weeks before my family's planned vacation, Escape Properties called to tell me that the new home owners did not want people staying in the property. They did try to remedy the situation by offering alternate accommodations, but those alternate accommodations would have my family split up between two homes which is not what we initially booked or wanted for our vacation. They did offer a different home that was a similar accommodation to what we initially booked for an up-charge which I felt was very unprofessional, but after negotiating they booked the home for us for the same price. Two days later they cancelled our second reservation and directed us to book a rental through another site. Throughout the experience the property manager was difficult to communicate with and get hold of. It was a terrible experience dealing with this company and I would not recommend.

I booked a place with this company through Airbnb for my wedding weekend in June. When we arrived, the unit was so hot that my fiancé felt nauseated and was vomiting throughout the night. There was no way for us to adjust the temperature except to message through the Airbnb app (the host was oh so generous and lowered the temperature three degrees when i asked and said something along the lines of “I’ll only be up for another half hour” and it was a Friday night so I basically got the vibe that we were on our own at that point). We ended up getting roughly 5-6 hours of sleep the night before our wedding. Under eye bags are a super cute wedding look for a bride! We paid for two nights but decided to leave right after our ceremony and drive home four hours instead of sweating all night and having a second night with no sleep. I also had to make last minute arrangements to get ready with my bridal party somewhere else as there was only one tiny mirror in the whole unit and it was still so hot in the morning. I reached out to the host through the Airbnb app to work something out, involved Airbnb, disputed the charge with my bank and the issue is still not resolved.
