Officer Graycar from the Homeless Task Force has been very responsive when I have reported homeless activity along the Arroyo Trail. It is a tough problem and never-ending, but he has been extremely helpful.

Years ago we reported abandoned vehicles through the police department. It was a good system. Now it is a time consuming process and most people don't bother. The residential streets of Livermore don't compare to the streets of Pleasanton and San Ramon.

Called police department just now to report 2 guys breaking into vehicles in my apartment complex right in front of me as I called and a dispatcher named MELINDA answered and was extremely rude with a foul attitude and who talked to me like I was an idiot. She was incredibly condescending and just rude for no reason. Old me would've been happy to handle it myself since my own car was broken into in the same place but I tried another route and got this not so friendly reminder of why I hate dealing with police departments.

lost my wallet several months ago. A good Samaritan dropped it off at Livermore Police Department. I was notified and then I went to retrieve my wallet the next day. I am very grateful to the Livermore Police Department for all they do for this city every single day keeping this city safe.
