They have great customer service! Very friendly and honest! Everything was explained thoroughly both from the office rep and tech. I called on Saturday and the tech came out on Monday to fix my AC!!
Excellent Customer Service! Tyler H. was our technician. We had Barker Heating & Cooling out to do our yearly HVAC maintenance and we were very pleased with how professional, friendly and knowledgeable Tyler was. Next service we have we will definitely ask to have Tyler come back out. Thank you Tyler and Barker Heating & Cooling for making our life easy when it comes to cooling off.
Bryce was fantastic. He walked through the issue and came up with the best solution to get our AC working again. They now have a lifetime customer, great service!
Love Barker! They installed a new air conditioner and furnace last year. We called them again to come out and do a yearly check. Tyler called to let me know when he was almost here and he arrived on time. He was very friendly, wore a mask and had booties so he didn't bring any dirt or anything into my house. He sat with me for a few minutes afterwards to explain how everything was working ~ everything was working great! He also made sure he had answered all my questions before he left. Barker does good quality work and are always professional when at my home.
Bryce was quick in correctly diagnose the problem with my AC unit. He was able to fix it in no time. He was very professional in explaining the issue. Thank you for the quick fix.
