The Plumber was thorough professional, did the job in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing work in future. BRAVO is the perfect word for this company. The office staff was also very courteous and knowledgeable about the Job, which is very rare now a days, that is why I was more than please with their service. Hats off to every member of R.B. Travis Plumbing. Keep up the good work Gentlemen and Ladies at this company.

Thank you for the peace of mind! Corey was awesome and thorough. Three of my neighbors and I had a leak at the outside shut-off valve. He was able to check to see that our home was no longer leaking and went further to make sure by checking the meter which turned into a treasure hunt to find. I really appreciate his patience, honesty and determination to locate our meter and confirm that no repairs were needed. I am passing on his advice to my neighbors and can't recommend him enough! Excellent service!

Travis was my Tech and was very professional and friendly. He explained the process and issue very clearly. I have had many plumbing issues and by far Travis and RB Travis has the best customer service. The friendly arrival time communication from the company (I wish I could remember the young woman's name who kept in contact) very polite. I will definitely do business with RB Travis going forward and request Travis, he was awesome.

5 star for RBTravis. The secretaries were very kind and helpful and communicated well with calls/tech updates... Daniel was my tech, he was top tier. He was on time, professional and made sure our water heater swap happened the same day for us and our kids. Cold baths for the kids is no fun, and he made sure that wouldn't happen. Home Serve took care of us in the warranty process. It was very smooth and quick. I would highly recommend Daniel and RBTravis and HomeServe.

The dispatcher was prompt in contacting me after my call to my insurance, giving a two hour estimate of arrival. Justin contacted me 30 minutes before arrival as well.nHe was professional and friendly, with clean equipment and van, and stayed masked throughout his time here.nHe clearly explained every procedure beforehand, and relayed his findings. Justin let me know what to expect over time with my sewer line, and what actions I could take to minimize future issues.nI would highly recommend RB Travis based upon this experience.
