Kitchen sink got clogged at 7pm the day before Thanksgiving. Tried everything from disconnecting pipes to plunging. Sent them an email for a plumber to come in. Tarhea, the technician came in. Very prompt and professional. Gave me a quote which was very much reasonable. Took the time to explain me the issues. Highly recommend the services. I am impressed with their service. Gave me a 6 month warranty on the job as well. Glad I called Roto-Rooter!
The service was to find out why no hot water & low water pressure in kitchen sink. Richard checked & found issue Was with the faucet and the not water pressure. We need to replace the faucet & replace valves under the sink. Richard was courteous & very helpful. He is well versed in his job as well as knowledgeable. He did his job safely and had his mask on through out the job.
Had a great experience from the first phone call. The representative was fast about getting a service technician out to our rental property. Sean called me to let me know what was happening at property and what was needed to fixed the problem. He was very helpful in telling me how our pipes where currently and what to expect in the future. I would use them again for sure.
Rafael was very prompt and figured out problem right away and had it repaired within a couple hours. Left area super clean and put back together better than it was when he started. Super nice and very knowledgeable and will ask for him if we have any plumbing issues in the future!!!
Tareah took great care of us.nCame out on a Sunday to help with no drainage from the house. Really worked tirelessly without frustration when the job took a complicated turn. Finished the job on Monday with the help of an in-ground camera technician. Really happy with the outcome. Can’t thank her enough for fixing our problem. Professional, courteous, and very conscious of social distancing. Protective gear was worn, zero contact encounter. Really felt safe during the whole process.
