very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I loved their vintage power tool display. The only issue is they are only open during the week. Great assortment of Power Tools in addition to fasteners.
Called about an out-of-warranty Makita reciprocating saw that jammed. Christiansen is an authorized Makita dealer and they told me they repair hundreds of tools a month at their shop in Livermore, as well as selling replacement tools. They were quite helpful over the phone and gave me multiple options for repair or replacement of my broken tool. I felt that they went out of their way to be helpful ... hence the 5 star rating.
