Whoever owns this laundromat should go to Twin City Laundromat in Longview. This is what a laundromat should look like and offer. Many of the machines at Napavine are out of service. There is no utility sink available. Floors are dirty. There is no one there to offer assistance. One has to depend on the little store next door to get quarters, because there is no change machine. This is irritating because wanting to get laundry done early and although the store is said to open at 8am most of the time who ever is running it that day doesn't show up until 815 or later. Annoying and inconvenient. It's very cold in winter, and sweltering in the summer. Now that I've found Twin City Laundromat, I'll only go back if I absolutely must.
The lady that closes the place is extremely rude! I spent $50 there only to be told i couldn't dry my clothes there cuz they were closing. When we put our clothes in at 7:00 pm like suggested. She was super inconsiderate and extremely rude. I'll never go back there and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
