The first thing I noticed is the warm and inviting atmosphere. I was made to feel very welcome. Veronica, the owner/cosmotologist, appeard to be confident and knowledgeable which in turn boosted my confidence in her. She didn't complain when I was a few minutes late, she listened carefully as I explained in detail what I wanted and then meticulously gave me exactly what I asked for. Over all it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back! Kudos to Veronicutz ud83dude00 !!!
