Literally this worst customer service. Called in a single gallon of paint. And still waiting 10 min plus try and simply pick up and pay even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me and 2 servers.nnUpdate, raised to 3 stars after regional management reached out to me to learn more and correct the problem. I really appreciate this and points more to a poor experience I had rather than something endemic to the company. I’d still choose an alternate location if I were you, but hopefully they can fix this store’s operations.
I've gone to the store at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks as I have been painting my house. All the staff have been very helpful - Geoff, Oscar, David, and John have all been great. They want to help and John has gone out of his way to try to get me exactly what I need even I don't know what I need!
Staff seemed friendly/helpful but re: Covid-19 precautions, none of the staff are wearing masks so I will be shopping elsewhere.

I want to say a huge thank you to, Chris for his help in making my apt painting experience more manageable and fun. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind and took care in making sure I felt comfortable with my purchases and even was available when I consulted about paint choices.
