I have just called the Oakland police department about a letter addressed to me about a fine for my car. I called the number that was on the paper, thus being the police office, to ask if I’m responsible for the fine as I’ve sold the vehicle. The lady on the line was DISRESPECTFUL. She interrupted my questions and had a degrading attitude the whole time.nTo the managers of the department, please correct fellow officers when seen being rude to their callers.nThank you.

I would like to say that I feel safe but not when I called 911 they never came ... and nobody says anything ... amazing. after being threatened and insulted in my workplace there is definitely no citizen security they will come only when someone dies. Nice.

Wish I could give a lower rating. This police station is a joke. I’ve never heard of dialing 911 and getting a busy signal. I’ve been calling for over an hour and no one answered. I was able to speak with someone and was told they are busy. I’m glad my situation is not like threatening.

I'd like to leave a 5 Star rating to Officer C. Espinoza #7975P. Recently, I've had a few problems here at home and both times when I called The OPD the beat offer who arrived was Officer C.Espinoza. Each time she was very helpful in asking questions, leaving information and making suggestions to help render a solution after the incidents..nExcellent Job!,nnThank You
