The Mexican lady at the front counter is absolutely disgusting. Most condescending, smug attitude I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been to the DMV plenty of times. I lost 5000 dollars worth of property and this being did not show any sign of empathy. The city and the police of Oakland are there to collect taxes and street parking fees but not to help you. I have the time, the place of the accident. I just need a city camera to show me the license plate number. You disgust me lady.

I called 7different #'s before they started giving me the same numbers and when I tried explaining that, the operator hung up on me . .called back asked for her name and the #%@? hung up on me again. I give this site a minus, no, three minuses in front of the star
The staff dont even understand what you say, government please pay attention, im struggling to get my updated police report since a year!
Reports are never done and has affected my life tremendously. These documents need to be ready for those who need them and not 4 or more months after the incident occured. It is a waste of time explaining to the traffic division that they need to do there job. Simply hire more motivated individuals for the publics interest because obviously OPD IS ONE OF THE WORST DEPARTMENTS WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THERE JOB DONE.
