Knowledgeable staff. I take my photos, scrapings along to ask questions. Am thankful for their friendly help. There’s seldom anything I need that they don’t carry. Seasonal items are fun to browse and shop.
James at Ace on Grand Ave. was so helpful cutting down some rods for me. People there always offer solutions when you are involved in a project. A very polite and helpful staff. This is one of the best hardware stores ever!
Love this place. So many more items in many regards than the big guys. Staff is helpful and the line moves fast.
The biggest Ace Hardware I've seen in this area. They have well stocked shelves and the staff is ready to answer any question about, well, anything hardware store related (and perhaps non-hardware store related questions too, depending on who you ask). The garden center next door carries an abundance of nursery items and organic fertilizers and soil mixes. I love that they offer different kinds of air plants and seeds you don't find at other stores. My favorite place for a quick run to the hardware store.
Always come here when I need small home improvement items. The people who work here are really nice and very helpful. They're knowledgable and offer advice on what you should do to solve a problem if you're unsure. I went in there looking for a part and the employee I spoke to said I should try another approach, I went back home tried it out and it worked!
