Great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. I bought a master lock which ended up breaking just a few days after using it. Couldn't find the receipt but the staff there took care of me regardless. It's that kind of customer service that will keep me coming back and coming here first before any big box hardware store.

Pagano's Hardware Mart is the best. They have a big store's amount of retail with a small store's customer service. One of the highlights of Pagano's is they have a vast supply of different nuts, bolts, screws, and all the accessories to go with them. Every person who works on the floor knows what they're talking about and can help point you in the right direction for whatever project you're working on. I highly recommend Pagano's Hardware Mart for all of your project needs
Called ahead to check on product availability and pricing. Everyone, especially Matt, provided first rate customer service. Duane, at the register, greeted myself and every other customer walking in with a smile and welcoming greeting.
