This place would be great if the employees would help the customers. I've been in here 3 times now and the only thing I have found good about the place is the cat ( Lincoln ). I had to walk out before I said something to the girl behind to counter that held her hand up to me to wait while she helped the other cashier with out saying anything to me first. It my bot be a big deal to some people but I was brought up with manners and if you are helping someone and need to stop and help a fellow employee, you should say something to the person you are helping. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the cats cool.
Been going here for years wont be back. Both male and females behind counter was to lazy to come to end to find out what I needed. I had to holler it to them. Neather would come down and answer questions. When asking for what I was looking for had to holler to them and got my answer back all the way from the other end. Female should be fired by her lack of customer service. Pizza hut is hiring. Sorry Lincoln Creek wont be back. Home Depot has what I needed. So much for supporting small local business.
Tried to return an item, it was purchased online but it had already been in stock here in the store which made it available to pick up next day. Needed to return the item, was told outright by the cashier they couldn't accept returns from online purchases. Contacted Ace customer service, explained this situation, was told they should be able to do it because its from their store. Went back in and got a manager to help with the refund. Normally, a cashier will just tell you they dont know how to do something and need help, this cashier just wanted us gone. WILL AVOID THIS STORE FROM NOW ON THANKS ud83dudc4d
Great Store! Everyone there is always eager to assist you with whatever you have going on.nPlus, their inventory of products is second to none here locally!
Before they changed hands in owners and looks, this place was awsum. The employees were the best for helping with all my needs. But not anymore. The new employees need to take lessons from the other guys
