I was in Lowe's store in Union city. I needed to get some double sided tape. I asked more than 3 of Lowe's employees but no one would know the location of the item.nnAra is the only one walked with me and found the location what I want and handed to me. He was very professional skilled for customer and like the other ones did not ignore my request and helped me.nnI was very happy that store hired knowledgeable professional person like Ara to give best customer service to their customers. The store is clean and well lit. The items are well organized. Pretty much anything you may need home improvement wise will be here! Its not crowded, so its a pleasant shopping experience.
Always a nice experience. Line got a little long and they hustled to make it short again. Nice markers to stand on spaced at 6 ft. The have the Charbroil X200 infrared grill here. Mine lasted over 3 years and it cooks thin steaks with nice grill marks and red on the inside. It gets amazingly hot. Not to good for chicken or ribs but excellent for steaks.
It's fairly organized and clean. This place can use more staff. Don't even bother with curb side. Too short staffed, you need to go inside to pickup and than again wait 30 min for staff to bring to you.
I have been remodeling my house and have been going to Lowe's and Home Depot to buy few things. In Lowe's it has been so difficult to get any person to answer properly. I was going from one isle to different isle looking for things. Finally found cabinets what I liked and one very nice gentleman came to help me otherwise it's not possible to communicate with employees there. I needed one cabinet for bathroom which goes over the toilet tank and I asked the employee in that department and he says we don't sell it. I showed him the photo on Lowe's site then he says that you have to order online. Guess what, I found that cabinet in the same store.
