Rude customer service. People standing around waiting and cannot find anyone to help.nnWhen I found someone this lady was extremely unprofessional and had a arrogant attitude.nnWill not ever step my foot in a Home Depot again!!nnYou call the store to get help and no one ever picks up the phone.nnYou want good customer service?? Shop at Lowe’s !!!
NEVER EVER does anyone answer the phone!! I've called early am throughout all times of the day many many times. Not even a customer service employee!! I do NOT UNDERSTAND. I do not live close by. One time, I trekked down there thru traffic only to find out the pipe cutting machine is STILL broken. REALLY....answer your calls. People need jobs...hire someone to do it. This is a place of buisness...is it NOT???? Not to mention once I do get there it takes moving mountains to get anyone to HELP!nI now go all the way to San Ramon as they seem to not have this problem & customer service is so much better.
