Great Clips

I have been going to great clips for the past several years. With my busy schedule they are convenient, usually do a great job and have friendly staff. Unfortunately the haircut that I received yesterday was horrible. I asked for a trim of 1/2 an inch and ended up having my hair cut by as much as 3 inches in spots. You would think that 1/2 of an inch is self explanatory as meaning a total of 1/2 of an inch, and NOT to mean to take off 1/2 of an inch everytime that you go over a section of hair. Make sure that you are very clear on what you want before they start to layer and if you are a lady and don't want to end up looking horrible do not go to Anne. Leave her to cut gentleman and boys hair.

Like it a lot just upset that they did not cut my hair the way I wanted them to do it.

I went to a blonde long haired lady named Tammy(I think). I said I wanted a 90 degree haircut. She took the whole crown of my hair and cut it at once at an angle(not a90 either) she ended up having to cut my hair an inch shorter because she offered to frame my face before she even did the test of the cut and it looked really bad. Now it's really uneven and when I said a 90 degree cut was holding it out at the same length from the scalp all over she said she was doing a 180. Feeling frustrated that the scissors were pointed inward for every cut and she was using the wrong angles. What happened to giving the customer what they want? I tipped her 10 dollars anyways because well I feel like it's rude not to. I'm going somewhere else maybe tomorrow to get my hair fixed. Disappointed, even if it is a walk in place. 30 dollars down the drain.

Asked for layers. I got two blunt layers in my hair instead of multiple feathered layers like I asked and showed pictures of. Hair is to short to want to fix it. Lady was nice.
