Affordable Chimney Sweep and Pressure Washing

Purchased a house that this company serviced and repaired a chimney for. I called after having leaking in my ceiling and puddles in my carpet around the fireplace. The person who called me back argued with me about the property, and then realized he wasn’t even talking about my property. They replaced my chase cover (where the leak now is) and said he wouldn’t even come look at the work that was done. Their paperwork literally says they give no guarantee or warranty on their work. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Individual quoted me a price. He then took half of it and said he would be back. I've never seen him since. He said he would refund my money but he never did. It's been 3 months now I'm searching for someone else to do it.

Updating review: he did come back and installed the pallet stove. He just had a lot going on and that’s why he missed the first few appointments.nnDon’t recommend at all. He took more then 80% deposit and rescheduled service like 4 times only to tell us that it will take longer. Not reliable! He knows I have small children and how bad I needed it. Now we have to wait 10 days to get deposit back. And we have to find someone else! Shame on this company.
