Excellent service! Quick Response! Great Customer Service!nnMy main sewer line was clogged. Not a tough fix,, it's happened before. Rob came out and quickly dealt with the problem. He was courteous, professional, and generally nice to talk with.nnI was immensely satisfied by their customer service. I was not home on the day scheduled for the appointment. I was unaware that the town was paving the road in front of the house. Rob was unable to get to the driveway. Instead of being frustrated, both Rob and Ashely were perfectly professional. Not only were they not upset about the circumstances they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. That was a big deal for me because they could have put it off. They knew I needed help and they made sure I got it quickly!nnGive them a call for all your plumbing needs!

Our tech was a very professional gentleman named Chase Scott. Throughout my life I very rarely comment on good services, but in this case I felt it was necessary to highlight how great the technician was. We had a bad water heater replaced by the company. Chase was very courteous, professional, respectful, got the work done very efficiently and I was surprised with the reasonable pricing. Overall a very comfortable and smooth experience, highly recommend to all.

Chase was great - he was on time, very pleasant and professional, and he wore his mask (bonus points during the pandemic). He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I appreciated receiving a text before he arrived complete with his name and photo so that I knew he was on his way and who would be coming. The price for the repair (we had a leaking bathroom sink) was fair as was the estimate for additional work that we requested. We would definitely use Chase and Haynes Plumbing again!

Extremely professional team. On time, prompt, had what they needed on the truck to fix the leak in our 17 year old hot water heater in the basement. Offered three quotes, complete replacement with 5 year warranty, complete replacement 1 year warranty, or repair the leak. Well priced on all three. Chase, who came out, was highly professional plumber, very friendly and polite.nnIn a separate issue, not related to Chase, the company, or his actions, my wife thought the house might be on fire in the attic. Chase ran back in my house, climbed in the attic with me to locate and extinguish the potential source of the fire. Luckily, no fire, but Chase was willing to jump into the fray when most would not. Can't say enough about this company or Chase. Definitely will use again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Haynes has great prices for top quality work. Junior Johnson has a great depth of knowledge and understanding of his trade. He was willing to share that information with us and ensure that we understood everything. His work was done quickly and there was no sign that he had been there at all when he was done. Both him and Seth were professional, kind and polite. I would highly recommend Haynes to any friend, family member or acquaintance in need of a plumber. I am 100% satisfied with my experience.
