I thought I would give this restaurant a try again so I went there last night! Let's just say it's the same old thing! Also Brian the manager, well if that is his real name is absolutely terrible! He was incredibly rude. I don't understand why people have jobs and customer service if you're just going to be rude to customers. Chipotle needs to get rid of him and actually find someone that is worthy of being a manager! Maybe put him in the back so he can cook or something but not have him up front next to customers.nnI had way too many problems with them in just a couple days span. Even after speaking with customer service and coming back to this location only because I did not feel like driving to Fredericksburg . If you visit this location please check your Bowl before leaving the parking lot because I'm telling you 95% of the time it will be incorrect and you will literally pay for extra and you will seriously only get baby portions and they will forget almost everything that you want in your bowl! Other than that the customer service is definitely great but whoever is in that kitchen making the orders they really suck !!!!!nnCheck out the picture . Even the top was halfway off on my bowl. This is literally how it looked when I opened it. I guess after I complained before they were trying to teach me a lesson

2/5, 6:30pm. Female taking in-person orders at the beginning of the line needs to use some discretion and exercise critical thinking, look at the register. The register was backed up and she kept taking orders, and of course the Lemmings kept piling on top of one another. Anyone remember just good old American personal space? People ended up standing shoulder to shoulder waiting on the cashier.nManager, I know you were busy. it was a Friday and I applaud your team for keeping pace but fix this! There were burritos out waiting for toppings , so there was no reason to keep taking more orders.

Food tasted absolutely horrible. It was uncooked, burrito wasn't put right, and one of the workers coughed all over the counter.nnUpdate: It's a little better now. Better service and better food.

Slow service on pick up and food wasn’t prepared how ordered! Feel like money was wasted! Not satisfied!

This Chipotle location is far from professional and lacks competent employees that are capable of carrying out simple tasks such as taking people’s orders. The staff is pure lazy as I have come shortly after opening and things are “out”. The debacle they’re running is tarnishing the brand. If I were the GM or DM of this region I would take these grievances seriously.
