Customer service may have improved. So far so good. The clerk that answered my inquiry was polite and helpful. I'll be filing a document today. Let's see what happens. I'll let you know.

Well darn, looks like you've received a ticket or summons. We all make mistakes; live and learn. Colonial architecture design, grounds is well kept, entrance check point isn't nerve racking like TSA and the building layout is easy to navigate your way to a guilty plea. *Fines & fees will catch your back pocket on fire...still hurts to sit. ***My star rating is based on property design, how its maintained, historical values & location.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being approved for a restricted license, I turned my paperwork in the very next day. On the paperwork it stated my license would be ready the next day after noon. The next day around 3 I called. The girl in the clerks office was pretty nasty when telling me they would call me when it was ready. 2 days later, I call again same exact scenario. The next week I call again, and again it was the same scenario. Today, it has been 2 weeks since I have turned in my paperwork. 2 weeks and 4 phone calls later I finally got someone who was polite. My license is ready, surprise surprise no one EVER called me. I hate Stafford county and try to avoid it at all cost.

Called the clerks office 6 times and the automated system hung up on me every time I tried to speak to an actual person. If you don’t want to answer phones, just don’t list a phone number. And yes, I know “you can just go into the clerks office” I’ll be there in 5 days, I don’t live in that awful state anymore. Stop wasting people’s time.

Can't get through to anyone, I have called every department and the phone is either busy or will hang up on you on the second ring. I have been trying to get though for DAYS. Had to start calling the police department and asking them to transfer me.
