I ordered the Toughchew dog bed last week and was super impressed with the fast shipping time to Canada! Unfortunately my border collie tore into this “indestructible” bed within two minutes... I was on the phone with a real person from Orvis within three minutes! She very kindly refunded my money with no questions asked. FANTASTIC customer service. Will for sure buy from them again... but probably just for myself.
I don't do reviews often, but I have to say that Orvis (as we know) makes great products. Always high quality, great fit, long lasting and functional. But the staff at this location is even better than the product! They have selected items that draw compliments - this is new to me since I have no eye for fashion! These people and the products are awesome!

Although the prices are steep, it's the best of the best. Staff is AMAZING!! Caring, yet give you room to shop. Bought materials to tie my first fly, which I caught a decent smallmouth on.
