This is the worst customer service company. They will only milk you to death. Stay far away. Much better uniform companies out there.

Worst linen company I have ever worked for. They are the worst for getting back to you after a phone call or missing something. Uniforms are a Joke they are wrinkled and wet when you get them. Stay away from this place if you can there are better linen companies out there.

While in contract with Aramark, I experienced poor customer service, and continual price increases that went beyond the agreement allowance. I could not get support from our local account rep to resolve issues. One star is the minimum rating available for this review; if I could give a lesser rating, I would.
