I had to get a tire repaired for my Nissan Maxima this week. Although it turned out the tire needed to be replaced, the team at TLC went above and beyond to help me source a tire nearby and get the work done. They even put the spare on for me so I could drive home until the new tire came in. Katelyn has a great customer-service focus and the service techs were quick too.
They are generally fast and reasonably priced. They will usually try to upsell you on filters and the like, but aren't pushy. Its first come first served, so getting in for an inspection in a rush can be difficult.
Usually pretty quick , the guy that does inspections is very friendly and I like the girl that works there too. My only issue is the quote for a rotor and brake pads on one wheel seemed pretty high, but that's not on an individual location. It take me a couple trips to get my rejection sticker checked off , but that's life. I'll give 5 stars to this location, I would only give 4 if was rating TLC overall, and that would be for pricing.
