Curtis and Anthony did an excellent, professional job pumping out our septic tank. They answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable. Mark (the owner) is great too. Don't call anybody else, call Premier!!!!!! Highly recommend!!

Nov 2020: After a heavy rain my drains were all doing basically nothing and I couldn't flush the toilets effectively. I figured my drain field was flooded but I should have my septic tank pumped anyway as it was probably due. so I tried calling another place and after days and several messages they never got back to me. A friend highly recommended Mark with Premier Septic. Mark got back to me like INSTANTLY and said lots of people were having this issue and they'd been getting calls all week. That made me feel better lol, then he said that they could come out on Saturday and I was like oh thank god. Kurt showed up Saturday and were super nice, price was exactly what they quoted me (375 total to pump it) and they had all my problems solved in under 30 minutes and made sure everything was working before they left. I would definitely use them again, dont hesitate to call them.nnEdit - February 2021: Had to call them again a few months after they pumped my tank due to an irrelevant issue to the services they preformed. Ive got an old terrible drain field that needs replacing, but I needed to hold out a little longer so I asked them, to pump it again. Mark warned me that it could flood right back up so he didn't want to take my money if I wasn't sure or aware of that, and he also put me in touch with further contacts to permanently fix my issues. When Kurt came by to pump it he was amazing just like before and answered all my questions about the issues I was experiencing. Highly recommend them!

I called and spoke with Mark about two weeks ago and we have never had our septic tank pumped since we have lived here (12 years). The guys came out this morning, when they left I had learned so much and they answered every question I had! From start to finish I had nothing but a great experience with everyone and I recommend them to anyone!! We will definitely be on a 5 year schedule with this company and I will tell all of my friends that will need these services!! Great job guys!!!
