I called to check my registration status. The person who answered the phone did confirm, but was rather rude. Sounded annoyed that I was inquiring and hung up on me without a word after confirming.nI appreciate the job they are doing, and it’s important to be able to trust those who are dealing with such an important responsibility. Public relations is key in maintaining that trust. If you are the voice of city government, show that you care about citizens’ concerns.
