This morning, I had to pick up my husband at the Springfield Metro Station. I mistakenly entered the parking building since I was unfamiliar with the area. There was only one way to enter, I was not able to make a U turn or backing up because there was a car behind me. Only choice I had was to enter the parking building to avoid blocking the entrance. I did not stop or park. I just drove through the exit. No person at the exit booth to explain what happened. I had to talk through the intercom. I was told to pay full price $8.95 to get out of the parking building whatsoever. I was so frustrated! What an unreasonable parking service they provide for the taxpayers!
Great but need more sign...!!!
Personnel were very helpful not overly friendly. Helped me figure out the pass buying process and when I got off at the wrong stop helped find my way.

The metro is horrible anyways. But this station takes the cake. Rude staff, the buses and trains are either never on time or they leave early. So no matter what time you get there you're waiting. It's insanity and an embarrassment of a public transit system.
