Our experience with Len the Plumber was superb. The call center was able to get us set up with next day service.nnWhen Kevin arrived, he was professional, polite and thoroughly explained our options once he assessed the situation. Kevin worked quickly and cleaned up so as to leave no evidence that we ever had a plumber out to service our home. We would highly recommend Len the Plumber, and advice future customers to ask for Kevin by name. He was fantastic.

Nestor was extremely knowledgeable of our condominiums pipe structure. My neighbor and I were having backup issues in our kitchen sinks. Nestor went and got the proper fittings and went straight to work finishing both of our kitchens in only a few hours. Will absolutely do business again!

Sylvester showed up in a timely manner, less than 24 hours from the time I placed the call on Easter Sunday! He explained to me what needed to be done, which was to replace the ejector pump that was attached to my washing machine and laundry tub, as well as suggesting that I install a battery back up on my sump pump that is attached to the public water system under my basement stairs. Sylvester explained to me the lifetime of an ejector pump is only 3 to 5 years and I have owned the house for six years. He gave me some excellent suggestions for the future, so that I do not have to have an ejector pump in the basement. I will absolutely positively use them again for future plumbing work. Thank you for everything!

First of all they got here fast. The technician Mike was fabulous, he explained everything that what was happening, he checked all the connections leading to the failed valve, very thorough and friendly. He was quick and efficient. He made recommendations for things to be aware of, great guy! I will be using this service in the future.

I called at 12:00 noon and a real person answered the phone.nI called two other plumbers I've used in the past first and 1 was a Monday thru Friday recording the other was a quote of $250.00 to come out and turn off my water but they couldn't install a water until next week. I'm sorry but I've forgotten the name of the very nice woman I spoke with at Len the Plumber. She was helpful and pleasant to speak with. She said the tech, Mark would be at my home within 3 hours. He was here in 2hours and 15 minutes. No weekend upcharge or holiday penalty fee.nMark was professional and personable. He looked up what a new water heater and accessories I needed would cost and I agreed to the reasonable price. Work was started and completed within 2 hours.nOutstanding! Len the Plumber is now my #1 Go to plumber.nThanks for your response to my emergency on a 3 day holiday weekend.nJohn N.
