Good chicken-only sandwiches, delicious strawberry shake!! Salads are really good too. Chicken nuggets are much better tasting than the ones from that other famous fast food chain.

Food order is always wrong. Whether it’s not what you ordered, not the way you wanted it or simply just missing items in your food order. Customer service and staff are good but accuracy and efficiency need to be worked on.

First time drive through order, it wasn't busy at all, crew rushed me to order quickly.nFinally I couldn't order what I wanted. I asked menu, but he never showed me the menu which he had in his hand.nHe even entered more items than I ordered. He told me the total amount only, didn't confirm my order. Finally figured he got the wrong order. I fixed it and drove my car, there were already 4 cars ahead me.nNext time I'll just order for pickup. No drive-thru.

Gavin is the pick up window leader whom displayed outstanding customer service.nHe went above and beyond and should get a raise immediately. It was such a pleasure.

You really can't go wrong at Chick-fil-A. I love their sausage breakfast bowl, but they also have healthier breakfast options, including oatmeal. Their Market Salad is also an excellent healthy option for lunch or dinner.nnI use their drive-thru about 95 percent of the time, and there is a reason they are consistently busy. No matter what store you visit, they get you through quickly, the food is tasty, and the order is right every time.
