The worst experience ever. I forgot $1400 in my jacket's pocket. When I came back, the money was gone.nnAs soon as I remembered about the money, I called the clerk (Asian lady), but she denied the existence of any cash. I later went to the police, and had them prepare a report as well. But I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone else. It was a big disappointment for me.

This place does dry cleaning and they claim to be organic. They have a reasonable turn around time, although it's not next day. My complaint is that they are over priced. 10$ for a dress is a bit steep IMHO. Super convenient for me but not worth the money.

Tried for a couple months since down the street from my house. Quality OK, but lady at the counter became very cold and rude. Like most all cleaners, they offer same day service if in by 9 AM. One day I came in at 8:50 AM and was told “I was too late for same day service”. I pointed out the time and explained I had an important business trip next day, but she just repeated herself. I now go to Fair City Cleaners nearby. Same quality and much friendlier. Worth the drive down the street for me

I've had a few negative experiences with Pan AM cleaners. Most recently I dropped off a shirt to be laundered and pressed. During the cleaning the buttons were damaged and cracked. I asked if they could replace the buttons and they said no, but to avoid damaging the buttons they would dry clean the shirt.nnI had the shirt dry cleaned, and after picking it up was surprised to find that half the buttons had been replaced, but with mismatching buttons. I ended up having to take the shirt elsewhere to have all the buttons replaced so they would match again.nnAdditionally I've had multiple experiences where collar stays, metal or plastic, are not returned with the shirts. If I were you I'd consider going elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE DISHONEST.nnI took my clothes to them on Tuesday (8/1). I watched the woman working there go through my clothes and count them out. 4 dresses: this is important. She gave me the total: $183.00. I paid it, took my receipt, and left.nnI went back just now to pick up my dry cleaning. She told me I still owed $45. I said no, I'd already paid.nnTurns out that, when she entered my clothes into the system, she entered my dresses as skirts. Not dresses. I tried reasoning with her; didn't work. I told her I watched her count out 4 dresses. No matter. I needed my clothes, so I paid.nnDO NOT GO HERE. If they make a mistake, YOU pay for it. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE DISHONEST. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO HERE AGAIN, AND YOU SHOULDN'T, EITHER.
